What Emma Wore: DH as Hermione Granger
In this video, Emma's makeup artist, Charlotte Hayward shares what she used to create Hermione's look for The Deathly Hallows. Many of the products stated are high end (obviously) so I did some searching and found tip-top, tried and true duplicates of what Charlotte used on Em that perform just as well for much cheaper.
Original ($62): Charlotte used, Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation on Emma. She wanted something that was light, so that Em's own skin would show through and her natural freckles would still be visible.
Duplicate ($38): Stila's Illuminating Liquid Foundation is a perfect alternative for Charlotte's choice. It is light coverage and has a thinner formula possessing a slight glow.
Original ($30): Charlotte prefers Christian Diorblush Cheek Creme to a powder for it's natural appearance.
Duplicate ($12): Revlon Photo Ready Creme Blush makes it look as though you are gently flushed and is very similar to the Christian Dior blush.
Original ($55): Charlotte used a Creme De La Mer Lip Balm on Emma. It's very matte and hydrating without any pigment.
Duplicate ($9): Emma found a brand, Figs & Rouge which makes all natural balms. She used, Rambling Rose which is un-tinted and matte balm.
Original ($24): Charlotte used a Bobbi Brown Longwear Gel Liner to darken Emma's lash line just a bit to give the illusion of thicker lashes.
Duplicate ($9): Maybelline's Eye Studio Lasting Drama Gel Liner is just as creamy and pigmented as Bobbi Brown's formula.
Original ($25): Charlotte used Lancome Hypnose Waterproof Mascara on Em's lashes just to add a little definition and lenght.
Duplicate ($8): Loreal Paris Voluminous False Fiber Lashes Waterproof Mascara has the same hold as Lancome's and is a favorite for those who were searching for a dupe.
Original ($26): Charlotte used Bumble and Bumble Surf Spray to make Emma's locks slightly wavy and natural.
Duplicate ($7): Got2B's Beach Matte Texturizing Sea Salt Spray works just the same, creating loose, beachy waves without any crustiness.
All together- Original: $222 / Duplicate: $83

Burberry Spring/Summer
In 2010, Em modeled for Burberry's Spring/Summer (& Fall/Winter) Campaigns. The collection featured heavily on lilacs, nudes, powder blues and silks embodying the freshness of springtime. Emma's makeup was very natural, nude and fresh with bouncy "naturally" straight hair. more photos
Christopher Bailey - "Having known and admired the lovely Emma Watson for some time, she was the obvious choice for this campaign. Emma has a classic beauty, a great character adn a modern edge. Her charm and intellect and brilliant sense of fun made the whole shoot feel like a picnic on the Thames."

UN Speech
Emma gave a beautiful speech on gender equality for United Nations Women this past September. She spoke not only of the importance of equality but also of her own experiences and what lead her to consider herself a feminist.

Emma's Christmas Message November 20th 2011
Hi everyone, Well, I think it’s safe to say this has been a pretty busy year for me! On the work front, I designed an organic clothing collection with Alberta Ferretti due out next Spring, a fair trade range for People Tree also due to be released in the Spring, fronted the Burberry Spring/Summer 2010 campaign, had my first British Vogue cover, filmed a small part in My Week With Marilyn alongside Michelle Williams and Eddie Redmayne and, of course, filming finished on the very last Harry Potter film! I also completed my first year at Brown and began my second year this September. I am so glad I made the decision to go to university there - it continues to be an amazing experience and I have made so many great friends. Oh, and I had a haircut, you might have read about it...!I just wanted to send you all a quick message to say Merry Christmas. I continue to be overwhelmed by the love and support you all give to me. I really do appreciate it. So wherever you are this December, I hope you have a fantastic Christmas and wish you a wonderful New Year. I have also posted a little video message too, take a look in the Slideshow. Love Emma xx
